Carryboy Australia ship Australia wide only.
Due to the size of some accessories postage will be via registered courier service and signature will be required on delivery. Larger items i.e Tradesmen Racks or Slide Floors cannot be shipped to P.O boxes or residential addresses and therefore will need to be shipped to a business address or alternatively pick up is available from our Melbourne Head Office.
Please note: If no one is present at the time of delivery your item will be redirected back to the shipping depot and you will be charged a re delivery fee of $50 inc GST.
Smaller items 3kgs or under can be shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to a P.O Box, residential or business address. Carryboy Australia are not liable if items are lost or stolen if delivered without a signature.
Tracking information will be emailed to your email address provided at the time of purchase. Carryboy Australia takes no responsibility for slow or late delivery of items by the courier service or Australia Post. Investigations into lost items will not be lodge until 2 weeks from the date of dispatch.
